Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By using CheckInCall, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

CheckInCall provides (a) a website and platform where prospective customers can book a demo or sign up for a beta program, and (b) a follow-up communication service that businesses use to contact their customers after a visit.

3. Compliance with calling laws

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of CheckInCall complies with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), GDPR where applicable, and any state or local calling regulations.

For business users of CheckInCall: consent is obtained when a customer provides their phone number to your business and agrees to receive a follow-up call and one (1) SMS message per visit. Message frequency: 1 message per visit. Message and data rates may apply. Customers may reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.

4. Prohibited uses

You may not use CheckInCall to contact individuals who have opted out, to harass or deceive recipients, or for any purpose other than legitimate customer follow-up for your own business.

5. Data and privacy

Your use of customer data within CheckInCall is governed by our Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for obtaining appropriate consents from your customers.

6. Limitation of liability

CheckInCall is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

8. SMS communications

CheckInCall sends SMS messages in two scenarios:

  1. Direct messages from CheckInCall, Inc. When you submit a demo booking or beta sign-up form on checkincall.com and opt in via the consent question, you may receive transactional messages such as demo confirmations, account activation notifications, and trial follow-ups. Message frequency: approximately 1–3 messages per signup.
  2. Messages sent on behalf of a business using CheckInCall. When a business uses CheckInCall to follow up with its own customers after a visit, a single SMS may be sent on behalf of that business. Message frequency: approximately one message per visit.

In both scenarios: Message and data rates may apply. To opt out of future messages, reply STOP at any time. For assistance, reply HELP or contact support@checkincall.com. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
