CheckInCall provides AI-powered outbound calling and SMS services for businesses to follow up with customers after visits. The service includes intake management, call placement, transcription, sentiment analysis, and dashboard reporting.

3. Compliance with calling laws

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of CheckInCall complies with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), GDPR where applicable, and any state or local calling regulations. You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents from your customers.

4. Prohibited uses

You may not use CheckInCall to place calls to individuals who have opted out of communications, to harass or deceive recipients, or for any purpose other than legitimate customer follow-up for your own business.

5. Data and privacy

Your use of customer data within CheckInCall is governed by our Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for obtaining appropriate consents from your customers for data processing.

6. Limitation of liability

CheckInCall is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including damages from calls not placed, transcription errors, or data loss.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
