1. Information we collect
CheckInCall collects information you provide directly — including business name, contact details, and customer phone numbers entered through intake forms. We also collect call transcripts, sentiment data, and usage information generated through use of the service.
2. How we use your information
We use collected data to operate the CheckInCall service, including placing outbound calls, generating call summaries, and providing your dashboard analytics. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.
3. Call recording and disclosure
All calls placed by CheckInCall include a verbal disclosure that the call may be recorded. Recordings and transcripts are stored securely and used only for the purpose of generating summaries and improving call quality.
4. Data retention
Call transcripts and customer profile data are retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted within 90 days of account closure upon request.
5. Third-party services
We use Twilio for telephony and SMS, ElevenLabs for voice AI, and OpenAI for call analysis. Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing data handling.
