1. Information we collect

CheckInCall collects information you provide directly. This includes information submitted through the demo booking and beta sign-up forms on checkincall.com (such as name, email, and an optional mobile phone number), and — for businesses who use the CheckInCall service — business contact details and customer phone numbers entered through intake forms. We also collect information generated through use of the service.

2. How we use your information

We use collected data to operate the CheckInCall service. For prospective and active CheckInCall users, this includes scheduling demos, activating beta access, and following up on trial accounts. For businesses using the service, this includes operating the platform on their behalf to communicate with their customers. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.

3. SMS messaging and mobile information

Mobile phone numbers and any consent to receive SMS messages will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

CheckInCall sends SMS messages in two scenarios:

  • Direct SMS from CheckInCall. When you submit a demo booking or beta sign-up form on checkincall.com and opt in via the consent question, CheckInCall, Inc. may send you transactional messages such as demo confirmations, account activation notifications, and trial follow-ups. Message frequency: approximately 1–3 messages per signup.
  • SMS sent on behalf of a business using CheckInCall. When a business uses CheckInCall to follow up with its own customers after a visit, the customer's phone number is used solely to deliver one post-visit message on behalf of that business. Message frequency: approximately one message per visit.

Message and data rates may apply. Carrier message and data rates may apply to any SMS sent or received through this service. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at support@checkincall.com.

For a full description of how recipients consent to receive SMS messages, see our SMS consent and disclosures page.

4. Call recording and disclosure

Calls placed through CheckInCall include a verbal disclosure that the call may be recorded. Recordings are stored securely and used only to operate and improve the service.

5. Data retention

Customer data is retained for the duration of the business's subscription and deleted within 90 days of account closure upon request.

6. Third-party services

CheckInCall relies on third-party telephony, voice, and analytics providers to operate the service. These providers process data solely to operate CheckInCall and are not authorized to use it for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
